School Site Council

The Site Council, comprised of equal numbers of staff and parents, is elected to develop, evaluate and revise the school program to align with the yearly goals of the District Strategic Plan.
Each year the school's Single School Plan for Student Achievement is developed outlining specific aims, goals and action plans for improvement. All funding resources from the Parents' Club and the Educational Foundation of Orinda (EFO) are coordinated to support these improvement areas. The coordinated funds are allocated to significant staffing positions, staff development and instructional materials.
Monthly meetings are held in the Science Room, usually the third Thursday of the month at 8:15 am. Meetings are open to all parents and staff and we encourage you to attend and get involved.
