WRPC Mission Statement
The WRPC does this through:
a. Fundraising: In order to provide academic enrichment programs, capital improvements and supplies for students and the school.
b. Communication: Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, administration, and school district.
c. Building Community: Foster healthy relationships within the Wagner Ranch school community, which contribute to the success of every student. Facilitate parent volunteering.
B. Charitable Intent. WRPC is a nonprofit public-benefit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and California’s Non-Profit Public Benefit law. WRPC is not organized for the private gain of any person. The property of WRPC is irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes and no part of the income or assets of WRPC will ever be to the benefit of any officer, board member, or member thereof or to the benefit of any private person(s).
The WRPC fully funds many services that support the ongoing maintenance of our campus, classroom supplies and safety of our students. In addition, WRPC provides:

- School Clerk
- School Psychologist
- Class Size Reduction
The WRPC joins with EFO and the Orinda Unified School District to fund:
